ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS

You’ll need to pick up the keys from a convenience store not far from the apartment called “3D News”.

Collect your keys by showing the code to the shopkeeper in the store.

Mon – Fri : 7:00 am – 10:00 pm

Sat : 8:00 am – 10:00 pm

Sun : 9:00am – 7:30 pm

The video shows how to get to the apartment from the key pick up location and how to enter the building.

 

The doors should automatically open for you. If they don’t, Scan the fob on the panel on your right-hand side at the entrance of the building, then walk in and head towards the elevators. The building is called “The Rotunda”

 

If the fob is unsuccessful, press the buzzer button on the panel to alert the receptionists to let you in.

PLEASE RETURN THE KEYS TO THE SHOP WHEN YOU CHECK OUT!

FAILURE TO DO SO WILL INCUR A CHARGE

CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00 AM

1) On your way out please feel free to leave the windows open so the apartment can have some fresh air whilst the cleaners arrive.

2) TURN OFF ALL HEATING & LOCK THE DOORS, then hand the keys back to the store where you collected them.

If you have time to send us a quick message when you leave we’d really appreciate it. That will help us alert our cleaners for the next guests.

This apartment is in a residential area, so after 10PM the quiet times are to be respected. Any loud music, parties, smoking will result in immediate removal from the apartment.
